As a Support Volunteer, you’ll assist with a variety of behind-the-scenes projects that enhance volunteer engagement, improve communication, and ensure that every volunteer’s experience reflects excellence, care, and purpose. Primary Responsibilities

Assist with digital file organization, database updates, and data entry on volunteer platforms.

Support the creation, proofing, and updating of volunteer materials (orientation guides, forms, flyers, and reports).

Help track volunteer hours, milestones, and recognition initiatives.

Contribute ideas and content for newsletters, social media, and volunteer communications.

Provide general administrative support including email correspondence, printing, and preparation for events and orientations.
Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and digital platforms.

Positive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Willingness to learn and take initiative in a team environment.
Schedule
Flexible weekday shifts available between 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (minimum 3-hour commitment per shift).
